Version 1.9.7.1 has the following improvements:

* In Tenant Ttracker, daily late charges (ie, $25,$5) are now calculated properly for Balance Due
* The number of days late is reported on the Rent Roll.
* You can now add Metered Other Charges for electric or water
* Added Vacate Unit button to Unit Tracker
* Fixed problem with rent receipts reporting an amount of $0
* Improvements made to the Money Exchange section of the Universal Calculator
* The state of the Waiting button and the list of Other Charges with their descriptions are now included in the Tenant Tracker section of the backup file
* Many other minor improvements.
